Rosemary, both in plant and oil form, is most commonly used in cooking, as it is flavorful and enhances digestive health. However, it is much more than a tasty ingredient. The properties of Rosemary, when taken internally, can produce healthy organ function and even help to alleviate nerves and fatigue. Rosemary is an important ingredient in my soap, as it helps to soothe your skin while also providing a relaxing and calming scent that improves your well being both physically and mentally.

Spearmint, both in oil and plant form, is commonly thought of as a flavor. However, Spearmint is highly beneficial to digestive and mental health. Similar to Rosemary, the strong, sweet scent of Spearmint encourages focus, although that is not its only perk. The aroma of Spearmint, when diffused, provides uplifting tones and has the ability to influence and provide better mental health. Spearmint is an important addition to my soaps as it provides a fresh, sweet scent that also improves mental and physical well being.

Beetroot Powder is often thought of as an ingredient that is purely based in nutrition. Beetroot Powder has proven to be highly beneficial in digestive health, as well as physical health regarding blood pressure and glucose levels. However, the benefits of beetroot are not limited to ingestion. In my soaps, small amounts of beetroot powder are used as a natural colorant to enhance the look.
